To whom this may concern,
I am writing this ad, because I have longed hope that racism had disappeared
and my apparent struggle for solidarity and freedom seems to come to no end.
I have been in over 10 years on a 17 term year sentence falsely, my
punishment of oppression has left my children without a father and their mother
has meet her death. I set alone in these prison walls reading the Bible of justice,
with each day of trying to educate myself about the law, business and this
system I am a of, but it seems the more I speak out about my case the more
heartaches I seem to come across in this system.
My story begin on the original arrest on 12-3-98 for a marijuana charge, which
they dropped later after I was indicted for prison contraband while I was in the
county jail, for a weapon that was not mine, it was claimed at first that came into
the jail with it to threaten and do bodily harm to someone. The state never
produced any witness or victim. I as well have been preclude from filing, being
provided a lawyer to help fight my case and challenging evidence. The only one
on my side is a mother that can hardly write or read and the Lord. As a Black
man in this country I've hoped over the years and with the new changes that
justice is still a big part of this great nation model.
I hope that there is someone out there with a heart that reaches out to someone
whom will help me and my family in these struggling times.
